TAESS is a software tool designed for the thermoeconomic analysis of energy systems. It is based on the thermoeconomic analysis works developed since 1986 by CIRCE and the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zaragoza. The present version of TAESS is a prototype for testing purposes of a wider project. Nevertheless, it is fully functional and can be used for educational purposes.
